The Danberry Building Corp took home the ROMA award for additions over 600 square feet this year!

Our award winning project on Lake Minnetonka started out as a carriage house remodel, upon completion of the carriage house, Jeff and Lisa Pinkerton decided to start their second project - a 3-story addition on the lake side of the home which included;
• A lower level office on the walk out level
• A four-season porch on the main level
• A new master bedroom above the porch - the old bedroom was creatively converted into walk through for his and hers closets!

The deck, with an arched end, was similar to the titanic that extends out the four panel Marvin sliding door. The arch opens on the street side of the home and is duplicated in the master suite on the gable end.

Our award winning project also included a new carriage house on the back side of the home.

Danberry Volunteers Orono Task Force

Jeff Danberry, of the Danberry Building Corp, has been asked to volunteer on the task force for updating the hardcover regulations in the city of Orono. Jeff was asked by Melanie Curtis, the planning & zoning coordinator for Orono, to volunteer based on his 25 years of building experience within the Orono community. Jeff and his family have also lived in Orono for over 25 years and all three of his daughters graduated from Orono High School. The task force will meet approximately 4 times and volunteers are asked to offer comments and feedback on proposed policies. Select membersfromthe Orono City Council and the Orono Planning Commission will also participate on the task force.

Danberry Building Corp Sponsors Orono Score Board

The Danberry Building Corp, Danberry Desing Group & Snow/Danberry Development are again donating the scoreboard for the Orono athletic team. The Danberry Building Corp is an avid volunteer for City of Orono and the Orono school system. All three of Jeff's daughters graduated from Orono.
