Tonka Bay

The historic Manitou Store, located off of Highway 19 in Tonka Bay, was once home to a trolley station, a bait shop and an antique store. The Danberry Building Corp is a newly formed, woman owned, small family business ran by Lyndsey and Jeff Danberry - the father-daughter duo. Today the space, re:invented by Danberry, is occupied by local businesses.

Orono

Ted and Nancy Capra purchased their lake cabin in Orono several years ago as a fishing hideaway. They contacted Danberry when they were ready to turn the cabin into a lake home. "Jeff helped us with the city of Orono as well as offering inventive ideas for resale," Ted said.

Orono

Jeff was extremely creative in taking our typical "U" shaped kitchen with dinette area in front of a patio door and turned it into the bright and open chefs kitchen with an attached family room. Jeff turned our home in Orono into the home that my family has always longed for," Anne Wyer said. The Wyer kitchen was designed by Jeff Danberry.

Minnetonka Beach

Karen purchased her home in Minnetonka Beach, once thought to be a servants quarters for a family estate on Lake Minnetonka, with the intent of re:building the home into an energy efficient summer property. "We were able to keep the original country look while also giving Karen the home of her dreams," Jeff said. The Scott home was designed by Jeff Danberry.

Cottagewood

The Jewetts 1920s home in Cottagewood was remodeled in the early 1960s. Terry and Skip had a vision of bringing the Lake Minnetonka cottage back to its 1920s grandeur. "Jeff took the time to understand exactly what we envision the remodel to resemble," Terry said. The Jewett project was designed by Jeff Danberry.

Greenwood

Barb and Jack Strothman grew up sailing on Lake Minnetonka with their two sons. They came to Danberry wanting to open up their kitchen and extend their family room. "Our only regret is that we did not do it sooner," Jack said. The Strothman project was designed by Jeff Danberry.

Excelsior

Maynards Restaurant, on Lake Minnetonka, contacted the Danberry Building Corp to re:invent their wharf bar to give their guests a more enjoyable experience. "We were impressed with Jeffs other unique projects such as the Manitou Store and Peter Rodgers Boat office," AJ Stevens said. The Maynard\'s wharf was designed by Jeff Danberry.
